Android and Windows to get 'kill switch' as well.

This should have been done years ago! Hopefully it won't be circumvented anytime soon.

Wonder if this will be linked to proof of purchase / the serial. Manufactures have been making millions if not billions of those unfortunately enough to have been robbed.. Hopefully this will make insurance premiums go down as well.
