Google releases its first 64-bit Chrome web browser candidate

We're starting to get somewhere! I've been on various mailing lists keep an eye on this for a while, wondering when this was going to happen! See here for further details.

You might have noticed the URL...

I've changed things around a bit. The blog is now sat on http://blog.alpagot.net. The top level has changed to .net and the www. has been replaced with blog. .

This will give me a wider presences compared to alpagot.co.uk . The subdomain so for when I find something interesting to put up on www.alpagot.net .

As for alpagot.co.uk,  That will redirect to .net and all my old e-mails will be forwarded to the relevant corresponding addresses so I won't miss a thing.

RuneScape

Some times I wonder why people bother with making need MMO's... There are already so many good ones out there.

I didn't play RuneScape too much, although I did start when I first got an interview for them (I declined in the end) but it certainly was fun.

It's Wordament, which seems to be being thrown onto any platform Microsoft catches sight of. Probably BB OS10 and Android next...

I want to like Bing but...

I like using Bing for its image search and I want to like it for web searches but it still needs to work on giving relevant results:

I.e. a search on my Surname... 1 hit and the rest are 'did you mean' hits...
